Since its establishment as a truck body manufacturer in 1940, Company A in the Tokai area has been responsible for the production of commercial vehicles and contributing to the local community. We would like to introduce a case study where they adopted the "Chain Master" for high-temperature drive systems. The painting drying furnace operates at high temperatures of 150 to 180°C to cure the electrocoated paint on the vehicle bodies, causing the oil for the conveyor chain inside the furnace to evaporate. This leads to increased wear due to reduced lubrication, shortening the lifespan of the chain and increasing the frequency of replacements, resulting in significant maintenance costs.
